MISSION STATEMENT

The Texans United for Environmental Justice & Conservation’s (TUEJC) pursuit is to unite friends of Texas to enhance quality of life in environmentally marginalized communities, conserve Texas’s natural resources, and advocate for sensible legislation! 

TUEJC's PRIORITIES

• Cultivate a community of Eco Warriors united for environmental justice & conservation

• Provide access to clean drinking water for all Texans

• Find smart energy solutions

• Protect Texas's wildlife and habitats

• Collaborate with Texas-based companies that invest their time, talent, or treasure into conservation efforts around Texas

• Educate Texans on how to live a more sustainable life

• Advocate for sensible legislation, such as, a ban on single-use plastic bags given out at retail stores

• Work with local governments on updating ordinances to protect marginalized communities
