FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Texans United for Environmental Justice & Conservation a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity?
We are currently in the process of incorporating as a nonprofit and applying for IRS tax exempt status. This would not be possible without the help of two generous attorneys helping us out Pro Bono. We will make an announcement as soon as we finish this exciting process!
How can I donate my time, talent, or treasure?
We want to thank you for wanting to donate your time, talent, or treasure to TUEJC, however, until we establish our 501(c)(3) status, we are not take any form of donation. Once we do, we will have various membership levels, volunteering opportunities, and educational classes that can only be possible through donations made by Texans or friends of Texas.
